These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Unpixelate.ai ("we", "us", "our"), operated by DETOOLS LTD and available at https://unpixelate.ai (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Refund Policy.

1. What the Service does

Unpixelate.ai is an online tool that uses AI models to unpixelate, depixelate, sharpen and upscale images you upload. It reconstructs plausible detail; it does not and cannot recover information that was never in the image. Results are predictions, not forensic restorations.

2. Accounts and free use

You may use the Standard tier without an account within the daily free limit. Creating an account (Google sign-in or email link) gives you daily free credits and access to the HD tier. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the free limits (for example, automated signups or proxy rotation).

3. Credits, plans and payments

HD processing and additional runs are paid with credits. Credits are sold as one-time packs (valid for the period stated on the pack) or monthly plans (credits refresh each billing period while active). Failed runs are not charged; if a charge is made and the run fails, the credits are returned automatically. Prices are in USD; taxes may be added at checkout by our payment partner. 4. Your content

You keep all rights to images you upload and to the results. You grant us a limited licence to process your images solely to provide the Service. Signed-in users' results are stored in their private library until deleted; guest results are not retained beyond processing and short-term caching. We do not use your images to train models.

You represent that you have the right to upload the images you submit and that doing so does not infringe anyone's rights or violate the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to attempt to reverse censorship or anonymisation applied to protect a person, to identify or surveil individuals, to process sexual content involving minors, or for any unlawful purpose. Uploads are screened automatically and violating content is rejected. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Model providers, limits, prices and features may change. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid plans.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DETOOLS LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from your account page. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
