Failed runs are never charged

If processing fails, credits are not deducted, or are returned automatically. You never pay for an error.

One-time credit packs

If you bought a pack by mistake and have not used any of its credits, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Partially used packs are refunded pro rata at our discretion.

Subscriptions

You can cancel any time from My credits → Manage subscription; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We refund the current period in full if you cancel within 48 hours of the first charge and have used fewer than 10% of the period's credits.

Quality of results

AI upscaling reconstructs plausible detail and results vary with the source image. A result you don't like is not a failure, but if you believe the output is defective (blank, corrupted, wrong image) tell us and we will re-credit the run.

How to request

Email support@unpixelate.ai from the address on your account with the order reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
