This policy explains what Unpixelate.ai (DETOOLS LTD) collects, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

Images you upload. Sent to our AI model providers for processing. Guest uploads are held only as long as needed to process and deliver the result (provider storage is cleared automatically). Signed-in users' results are kept in their private library until they delete them.
Account data. Email address and, with Google sign-in, your name and avatar. Used to operate your account and send transactional email (sign-in links, receipts).
Usage data. Anonymous, cookie-free analytics (Plausible): page views, referrers, country, device class. No cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers.
Free-quota data. For guests, a signed first-party cookie and a hashed IP-day counter to enforce the daily free limit.
Payment data. Handled entirely by our payment partner; we store order references, not card numbers.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, do not use your images to train models, and do not show ads.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies only: session (sign-in), guest quota, and your UI preferences. Analytics is cookie-free.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Delete your account from your account page and it is removed within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or fraud prevention. Logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to processing. Email support@unpixelate.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

Processors

AI inference (fal.ai and similar providers), hosting (Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare), database (Turso), email (Resend), payments (Dodo Payments), analytics (self-hosted Plausible). Each processes data only on our instructions.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will post updates here and change the date above. Material changes are announced on the site.
